Our team successfully managed the production of 25,000 metric tons of corn silage in (insert year) in collaboration with various production and agriculture concerned teams.

One of the most significant challenges we faced was preventing damage to packing materials during shipping operations. To address this, we devised a method to pack corn silage 1 metric ton bales into jumbo bags. This innovative approach effectively prevented damage whether shipping by containers or bulk vessels, ensuring the integrity of the product throughout the logistics chain.

In addition to managing corn silage, we also focused on the production of human food corn, specifically the 30n11 variety. Our team successfully managed the planting and subsequent processing, including sieving post-harvest. Through a strategic partnership with a sieving station, we reached a production capacity of 300 metric tons per day.

Annually, our project supplied an average of 15,000 metric tons of human food corn to snack companies all over the region. This achievement highlighted our ability to meet industry demands and maintain a consistent supply chain.
