Revolutionizing Potato Handling, storing and shipping in East Owaynat –Egypt

Recognizing the need for precise sorting prior to dispatch, we oversaw the construction of a dedicated potato sorting station. To ensure the highest quality potatoes were prepared for shipment, we developed a state-of-the-art cold storage facility with a capacity of 6,000 metric tons. This cold store was groundbreaking, featuring the newest ventilation system ever installed in Egypt. The advanced ventilation system ensured optimal storage conditions, preserving the quality and freshness of the potatoes for extended periods.

Equipped the sorting facility with advanced sorting technologies, these technologies allowed for precise sorting based on size, color, and quality, ensuring that only the best potatoes reached the market. This not only met but exceeded the stringent market standards.
